 I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees, or other duties that your local government may charge upon delivery.

Please allow 3-4  business days for handling. Delivery times vary by location. Domestic orders(India) usually arrive within  7-10 business days; international orders may take 2–4 weeks.-

Every piece I create is made with great care, intention, and attention to detail. Because of the original, handcrafted nature of my artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged during shipping.

Refunds are only issued in cases of significant damage during shipping or if the order cannot be fulfilled in a timely manner.

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue.
